Before we print the furry portrait on the mug, we will email you a preview for your approval.

Along with the mug, we'll also send you a PDF portrait to your email address to keep forever. ❤️

Because we want to provide the best possible product, it is important that you send us a good, high-quality picture of your furry friend. 

• Choose a photo where your furry friend is facing the camera.

• Lighting is important. Please send photos that were taken on a sunny day or in a well-lit room.

• Please make sure that your photo is not blurred as this will affect the quality of our product.

(These are just guidelines, but try to provide the best photo possible.)
