The general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order) bind the buyer.
1. General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of the online store littlethings.si are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The online store LITTLETHINGS.SI (hereinafter also referred to as "store") is operated by:

IBAN: LT52 3250 0538 6046 2021, held at Bank Revolut, the company is NOT a VAT payer, and is also the provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter also referred to as the seller or littlethings.si).
The General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the visitor, user, and buyer, as well as the business relationship between the Merchant and the user as a buyer of products from the online store's offer.
The General Terms and Conditions apply whenever you use the website or place an order on it, and therefore for every purchase or sale of products in the online store. By placing an order, you accept all the general terms and conditions of the website, meaning that you have read them, understood them, and agree to them.
The online store strives to keep the information on the website always up-to-date and accurate, but reserves the right to change its content. The website owner or merchant may change services, products, prices, or programs described on this website or in this online store at any time. The operation may cease at any time. For each sale of products purchased in the online store, the general terms and conditions that were valid at the time of placing your order apply, and any subsequent changes to the general terms and prices for orders placed in the online store that the merchant has already confirmed do not apply.
2. Payment Method
The buyer can choose from the following payment methods:
• advance payment
• payment via Paypal
• card payment (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, and Diners)
Payment by advance payment – the buyer pays for the products in advance to the provider's current account based on the payment details provided. Order details and a proforma invoice will be sent to the buyer's email address after completing the order. The order is reserved for a maximum of 5 working days from order confirmation.
3. Product Prices
Product prices are in euros and apply on the day of placing the order, including any discounts or benefits. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout upon order completion.
4. Issuance of Invoice
The invoice itemizes the price and all costs related to the purchase, along with information to the buyer about the right to withdraw from the contract.
The invoice is issued to the buyer in a durable medium and is included with the products. The sales contract (order) is electronically stored on the provider's server and is accessible to the buyer through their user profile at the bottom of the website (My Account).
5. Purchase Process
Registered and unregistered users can shop at the littlethings.si store. The user can view the shopping cart at all times while browsing the littlethings.si store. Before placing an order, the buyer is provided with a comprehensive review of the order and the ability to navigate back through the online order and remove any products. Registered users have access to information about the status and content of current and past orders on the littlethings.si website. Registered and unregistered users receive a summary of the order to their email address. The provider will store the content of orders for registered and unregistered users.
ORDER ACCEPTED
After placing an order, the buyer receives an order summary via email and a notification that the order has been accepted into the provider's information system. Registered buyers have access to information about the status and content of the order on the My Account page.
ORDER IN PROCESS
The order proceeds to further processing and is given the status "in process." The provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items, and either confirms or rejects the order with a reason. We strive to keep the stock of products in the online store always updated, but due to the uniqueness of products, errors may occur, and the desired product may be out of stock. In this case, we will make every effort to ensure the availability of the product as soon as possible or refund the purchase price. The provider may contact the buyer via email at shop@littlethings.si to verify data or ensure delivery accuracy.
ORDER COMPLETED
Within the agreed timeframe and upon receipt of payment via advance payment, the provider prepares and dispatches the goods and notifies the buyer by email. Once the package is dispatched, the order status changes to "completed." The buyer receives an invoice for the purchased goods, which is included with the shipment.
6. User Registration
By registering on www.littlethings.si, you become a member of Little Things. Registered members and guests who make a quick purchase without registration have the right to purchase in the Little Things online store.
Upon user registration on the website, the user obtains access data for the online store:
- username, which is the same as the email address provided by the user during registration
- access password
- if the user wishes to change the username or password, they can do so in the user profile on the website
7. Product Returns
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The buyer can cancel their order within two hours of placing the order. The buyer cancels the order by sending a cancellation notice to the email shop@littlethings.si, stating the request for cancellation and the order number. The subject of the message must include "ORDER CANCELLATION." In the event of timely cancellation, no additional costs are charged to the buyer.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE AND RETURN OF GOODS
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason for their decision. The buyer should inform the provider via email. The cost associated with withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal from the contract, by registered mail.
A copy of the invoice and the buyer's bank account number must be included with the returned items, as the refund can only be made to the buyer's bank account, within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Returning the received goods within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. In the case of contract withdrawal where a bonus, discount code, or promotional code was used, these funds are considered discounts and will not be refunded to the user. Only the amount paid will be refunded to the user's bank account.

note: The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from contracts for items that were made to the consumer's specifications, are personalized, are not suitable for return due to their nature, or have been used and are not suitable for resale for hygiene reasons.
The buyer must return the received goods undamaged, in the original quantity, and unused. The packaging is an integral part of the item and must also be returned in its original condition at the time of receiving the product. The items must be adequately protected. If the item is inadequately secured and is damaged during transport, the consumer is responsible, and the seller is not obligated to refund the purchase price, as it is considered that the item was damaged or destroyed due to the consumer's fault in not properly securing the item.
Shipments with cash on delivery are NOT accepted by the seller.
8. Delivery
The provider sends the ordered goods to the buyer via Pošta Slovenije. The delivery cost is 3.90 EUR per shipment. For orders over 70 EUR, Little Things covers the delivery cost.
The provider will deliver the products within the agreed timeframe. The provider dispatches the ordered goods within 2-5 days after the order is placed, except in cases of external factors that may extend this period. The provider reserves the right to send the goods later, but never more than 10 working days after receiving the order.
The delivery time depends on the contracted partner for shipping parcels, and the provider has no influence on it. The provider reserves the right to cancel the contract and not send the products if the quality of the delivered goods would be compromised or due to the non-delivery of semi-finished products necessary for the products. The provider will inform the customer about this.
The provider uses the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije for shipping parcels, but reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will fulfill the order more efficiently. The delivery cost is calculated at the time of ordering and is part of the final order price. An undelivered package that is returned to our store due to a customer's mistake and not the courier service can be resent. The customer bears the cost of re-shipping.
