ORDER CANCELLATION
The buyer can cancel their order within two hours of placing the order. The buyer cancels the order by sending a cancellation notice to the email shop@littlethings.si, stating the request for cancellation and providing the order number. The subject of the message must include "ORDER CANCELLATION". In case of timely cancellation by the buyer, no additional costs will be charged.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason for their decision. The buyer should inform the provider via email. The cost associated with withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal from the contract, by registered mail.
The returned items must include a copy of the invoice and the bank account number, as the refund will only be made to the buyer's bank account, within 30 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The return of received goods within the withdrawal period is considered a notification of withdrawal from the contract. In the case of contract withdrawal where a bonus, discount code, or promotional code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and will not be refunded to the user. Only the amount paid will be refunded to the user's bank account.

note: The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from contracts for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications, are clearly personalized, are not suitable for return due to their nature, or have been used and are not suitable for resale for hygiene reasons.
The received goods must be returned undamaged, in the original quantity, and unused. The packaging is an integral part of the item and must also be returned in its original condition at the time of receiving the product. The products must be adequately protected. If the product is inadequately protected and is damaged during transport, the consumer is responsible, and the seller is not obligated to refund the purchase price, as it is considered that the product was damaged or destroyed due to the consumer's fault in not properly securing the item.
The seller does NOT accept shipments with cash on delivery.
