The provider sends the ordered goods to the subscriber via Pošta Slovenije. The delivery cost is 3.90 EUR per shipment. For orders over 80 EUR, Little Things covers the delivery cost.
The provider will deliver the products within the agreed timeframe. The provider dispatches the ordered goods within 2-5 days after the order is placed, unless external factors extend this period. The provider reserves the right to send the goods later, but never more than 10 working days after receiving the order.
The delivery time depends on the contractual partner for parcel delivery, and the provider has no influence on it. The provider reserves the right to cancel the contract and not send the products if the quality of the delivered goods is compromised or due to the non-delivery of semi-finished products necessary for the products. The customer will be informed about this by the provider.
The provider uses the delivery service Pošta Slovenije for parcel delivery, but reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will fulfill the order more efficiently. The delivery cost is calculated at the time of ordering and is part of the final order price. An undelivered package that is returned to our branch and is a result of a customer error rather than a courier service error can be resent. The customer bears the re-shipping costs.
